Today The London Magazine published my review of the British Museum exhibition ‘Luxury and Power: Persia to Greece’.

It was so interesting to research, and I recommend the exhibition to anyone with an interest in finding out about the origins of modern ideas of luxury.

I was grateful to connect with Dr Khodadad Rezakhani, historian of late antique Central and West Asia, who provided valuable insights into ancient Persian views about Greek city states.
