I am a London-based writer, editor and research consultant working across art, culture and the humanities.
My work combines close research with clear, engaging writing. I write criticism and essays for publications, and work with organisations and individuals on commissioned writing, editorial and research projects.

I hold an MA with Distinction in Classics from the University of Bristol, and studied lettres classiques at the Sorbonne.
My academic background informs the way I approach research: with curiosity, precision and an attention to the histories and ideas beneath the subject at hand.
